TOURS OF THE SCHOOL AND REGISTRATION
Tours can be scheduled for the afternoons in January from 12:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally in February, tours can be scheduled for Tuesdays or Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. If you are interested, you may take registration papers home or register at the time of your tour. Please call the office at 630-833-9500 or email us at mqhpreschool@maryqueen.org for appointment scheduling.

PRESCHOOL NEWS
Children are welcome to attend M-F, and additional flexibility is available when needed.
Realizing that there can be a benefit from younger children learning from older children, classrooms have a
combination of three and four year olds.
Tour the school, meet the teachers, and visit with current families at one of our Open Houses or
schedule a tour at your convenience.

MISSION STATEMENT
Mary Queen of Heaven Preschool/KEP, in partnership with parents and with the loving support of our parish community, offers a Christ-centered early learning environment. Since no two children learn in exactly the same way, we offer multiple pathways for social, academic, and spiritual development. We provide an educational experience that honors differences and focuses on the Gospel values of love, justice, peace, and service. We strive to educate the whole child.
Mary Queen of Heaven Preschool and Kindergarten Enrichment Program are ministries of Mary Queen of Heaven Parish in Elmhurst, Illinois. Our goal is to build Christian families by infusing Catholic values and teachings into our curriculum, by embracing the individual uniqueness of each child, and by calling our parents and faith community to participate in the education of our children.

We have been a part of the Mary Queen of Heaven preschool program since 2007,and are currently in our 5th year here. We have been so pleased with theprogram.Our children have learned so much and thrived at MQH. Mary Queen of Heaven Preschool is where our daughter loves to go and even asks about it on days when she doesn't have school! The teachers and the Preschool program overall is very nurturing and is an extension of everything that we, as parents, wish to instill in our daughter. She was shy and not very open to trying new things, but the Preschool teachers have been patient and welcoming which has made both our daughter and ourselves be at complete ease. What more could you ask of a Preschool!

This is the third year for my twins Maya and Michael at MQH. We love it so much and my kids are always excited to go to school. I am so happy about the investment I made in sending my kids to Catholic preschool and KEP. It is an inclusive program; nurtures the kids academically, spiritually and socially. All done in fun and loving environment that encourages creativity. Academically: My kids had a head start in reading at MQH which made an easy transition to Kindergarten. Spiritually: It is a continuation of the same message we teach them at home about God and how to live by God's words everyday. I love that the kids pray everyday in the morning and before eating. Also having RE class at the same time of the school is a benefit. Socially: The school focuses on building self respect and respecting others and treating them well. The programs also helped in building their self esteem and emphasize on using their best manners everyday. I will not forget to mention how nice, loving and caring the teachers are. They are so wonderful that my kids always hug them when they see them even after they are out of preschool. I will recommend MQH preschool and KEP to all, it is really one of my best investments.
